The registration form shall be sent between September 1, 2006 and February 28, 2007 by e-mail to the conference Organizing Committee ( biopsych-2007@mail.ru ) together with the abstract(s) and proof of registration fees payment.

Conference delegates may present abstract, or attend the conference without presenting the abstract. One abstract is accepted per each registered delegate.
Abstracts
All abstracts must be written in English (up to 2 pages A4 in Word format, Times 12 pt, 1.5 spaced) and consist of the following sections:
1. Title of the abstract
2. Authors (example: A.B.Smith, D.J.Kalm), presenting author first
3. Organisation(s): example: Texas State University, Texas, USA
4. Introduction
5. Methods
6. Results and discussion
7. Conclusion
Submitted papers cannot be edited or corrected. All authors must receive a written confirmation of their registration form and abstracts being received by the conference Secretariat. Deadline for submission of papers is strictly 28 February 2006. NO TABLES, FIGURES OR REFERENCES.
Registration fees
Following the Conference’s traditions, the registration fees are kept very low.
• Conference Registration fee this year will be: 20 euro (15 euro for students under 30) for scientists from countries with current economic difficulties (C.I.S., African, selected Asian, South-American countries) and 60 euro for delegates from other countries (30 euro for students under 30), if registered before 28 February 2005.
• Late registration fee after this date will be 25 euro (C.I.S., African, selected Asian and South-American countries delegates and students) and 70 euro (other categories).
• No fee is traditionally charged for the accompanying persons.
Russian visas
Foreign participants may require Russian visas to enter the country. The Organizing committee assists in obtaining Russian visas through the conference authorised tour-operator (contact the Organizing Committee for assistance).
Accommodation in St Petersburg
St. Petersburg offers a variety of accommodation options to satisfy your budget. The Organizing committee will gladly assist you in your accommodation arrangements (please contact the Organizing Committee for assistance).
