Это мнение уже Арджуна высказывал, но есть опыт Агавы на детях и Виолы, говорящий против.

Вместе со со ссылочной статьей из "Популярной механики" (мое сообщение №19 в теме "Диета при шизофрении")
становится понятно, что глицин может оказывать лечебное действие.
Рассуждения Арджуны об ежедневном приеме глицина с пищей может даже быть и справедливым (ничем не подтверждено), но важно, как он переваривается, и как доходит до мозга через ГЭБ (здесь американцы могут и ошибаться)
